ZT Order Status Manager is an OpenCart 3 module that lets you view and change order statuses straight from the Order List. You no longer need to open each order detail page, which saves time when your store handles many orders.
Plain text statuses become color-coded badges, so you can spot Complete, Canceled, Pending or Missing Orders at a glance. Badge background and font colors are set with a color picker. Click any badge to open a quick-update window, pick a new status, add a comment and email the customer, all without a page reload.
To process batches, select several orders and use Bulk Update Status to apply one status and comment to all of them. It installs as a native OCMOD with no core file changes and supports OpenCart 3.0.x.x and PHP 7.4 to 8.3.
